项目概况：该设备为数控刀具磨床，要求提供一次装夹完成所有从中到小规格的硬质合金、高速钢和其它材料等的切削刀具的磨削，可磨削范围Φ0.1 mm-Φ16mm的各种铣刀、钻头、旋转锉、成形刀具和刀片等；
1. Bidding Conditions
Applicationof the equipment: Provide on time clamping to complete grinding cutters (from middle to small specifications) made of rigid alloy, high-speed steel and other materials. It is possible to grind various milling cutters, drilling bits, rotary files, formed cutters and blades from Φ0.1 mm to Φ16mm.

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
3.1满足招标文件第一册第一章投标人须知“2.合格的投标人”；
3.1Bidders shall satisfy requirements specified in “2. Eligible Bidders” under Instructions to Bidders, Section one, Volume one.
3.2投标人应具有独立企业法人资格；
3.2 Bidders shall possess the independent legal personality.
3.3代理商参加投标应取得设备制造商针对本项目的唯一授权；
3.3 The agent shall obtain the sole authority for the equipment manufacturer for the project.
3.4投标人所投设备的制造商必须有三年以上制造、生产和销售经验，在中国国内有类似设备的用户。投标人应在投标文件中提供在制造本次招标设备经验方面的资料，并附有主要用户名单；
3.4The manufacturer of the equipment provided by the bid manufacturer shall have more than 3-year manufacturing and producing experience and sales experience, and users in China have similar devices. The bidder shall be provided in the tender documents in the tendering manufacturing equipment experience information, with the main user list.
3.5投标厂家应具备完善的售后服务体系，在中国设有代表处和备件库，国内有经过培训的售后服务工程师，并提供相关证明；
