项目概况：该设备主要用于30Cr3MoA、32Cr3MoVA 、38CrMoAlA、18Cr2Ni4WA等钢制零件的可控气氛渗氮处理，同时设备可以对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV、1Cr16Co5Ni2W1MoVNbN不锈钢类材料进行渗氮处理。在氮化的整个工艺过程中，能对氮势进行精确控制并自动控制渗氮工艺过程；
1. Bidding Conditions
Application of the equipment: The equipment is mainly used for controlled atmosphere nitriding treatment of 30Cr3MoA, 32Cr3MoVA, 38CrMoAlA, 18Cr2Ni4WA and other steel parts. At the same time, the equipment can conduct nitriding treatment on 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV and 1Cr16Co5Ni2W1MoVNbN stainless steel materials.

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
3.1投标人应具备的资格或业绩：
3.1 Qualifications or Performance
3.1.1满足招标文件第一册 第一章 投标人须知 “2.合格的投标人”；
3.1.1Bidders shall satisfy requirements specified in “2. Eligible Bidders” under Instructions to Bidders, Section one, Volume one.
3.1.2投标人应具有独立企业法人资格；
3.1.2 Bidders shall possess the independent legal personality.
3.1.3代理商参加投标应取得设备制造商针对本项目的唯一授权；
3.1.3 The agent shall obtain the sole authority for the equipment manufacturer for the project.
3.1.4制造商从事可控气氛氮化炉的设计、制造、销售至少10年以上；近5年内在中国关境内有销售可控气氛氮化设备的业绩，设备应正常使用且用户反映良好。投标时须提供上述设备的用户清单、合同复印件、验收报告复印件；
3.1.4 The manufacturer shall be engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of controlled atmosphere nitriding furnaces for at least 10 years and the manufacturer shall sell the Controlled Atmosphere Nitriding equipment in the territory of China recent five years，the equipment shall be used normally and the user shall reflect it well. The user's list of the above equipment, the copy of the contract, the copy of the acceptance report shall be provided while bidding;
3.1.5投标厂家应具备完善的售后服务体系，在中国设有代表处和备件库，国内有经过培训的售后服务工程师，并提供相关证明；
3.1.5The bidding manufacturers shall have a sound after-sales service system, there are representative offices and spare parts stores in China and trained domestic after-sales service engineers, and the relevant certificates shall be provided;
3.2是否接受联合体投标：不接受；
